Digital Customer Success Executive – Automotive
We are looking for someone to join our growing digital team at GardX, helping some of the UK's automotive retailers, dealer groups and OEM partners get more from our digital merchandising technology.
This isn't a traditional customer service role. You will build relationships with customers, help them get the best from our technology, look at how their digital products are performing and use data to identify opportunities to improve results.

Claims Team
Claims Adjuster - GAP or Motor Insurance Experience
You will be responsible for investigating and assessing claims on our product range to determine the extent of the liability, make a fair settlement with the claimant. Investigating the facts of the claim, collect and review the evidence, inspect and assess damage details, and interview relevant parties in order to determine the validity and value of the claim. You must be able to negotiate settlements, detect fraud, and use your knowledge of the industry to work towards a fair resolution.

As the Claims Team Leader, you will play a dual-role position, spending approximately 50% of your time managing and handling claims directly, and 50% supporting the day-to-day supervision of the claims team.
You will lead by example as a hands-on claims professional while also providing guidance, coaching, and operational support to ensure the team delivers an efficient, accurate, and customer-focused service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical claims handling with people leadership and operational oversight.

Warranty Adjuster
As a Warranty Adjuster, you will play a key role in reviewing and managing automotive warranty claims, using your technical knowledge to assess vehicle failures, validate claims, and ensure accurate outcomes in line with warranty terms and conditions.
You will work closely with consumers, repairers, and supplying dealers, balancing technical decision-making and commercial awareness with clear, professional communication. This role is ideal for someone with strong automotive knowledge who enjoys problem-solving, technical debate, and delivering fair outcomes while maintaining a positive customer journey.
Operations
Finance Coordinator - Part time
You will take ownership of the day-to-day operational finance activities across our insurance products.
Using our bespoke systems, you will manage high-volume financial transactions, dealership accounts, commission structures, trust account reconciliations and insurer reporting while helping ensure our processes remain accurate, compliant and commercially effective.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem solving and improving operational processes.
